GYAN brings together boutique resorts, yoga, Ayurveda and naturopathy-led wellness, selected resort residences, organic farming, natural products and destination experiences across the Himalayan foothills.

The portfolio is being developed across six places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Each destination has its own supplied status, accommodation plan and verified scope.

Mr. Inder Preet Singh

Mr. Singh brings more than a decade of experience in global M&A engagement, equity and debt syndication, fundraising, valuation and complex financial modelling. His sector work spans hospitality and F&B, real estate and debt restructuring, with strategic advisory exposure across governments, public-sector undertakings, corporates, fund houses, credit-rating agencies, merchant bankers and UHNIs.M.Com · MBA · PGDBM

Mr. Sanjay Israni

Mr. Israni is a hospitality management and project-development professional with 25 years of experience across hotel operations, concept-to-commissioning consultancy, approvals, star classification, training and manpower planning. His consultancy work has supported around 200 hospitality projects across India, with extensive experience in hospitality, resort and F&B growth initiatives.Bachelor of Arts · Delhi University
