03Are all six resorts operational?+
No. The properties are at different development stages. Each destination page clearly identifies the currently supplied status.
04Which destinations offer branded residences?+
Verified residence information is currently presented for Kangra, Baijnath, Ranipokhari–Dehradun and Tehri.
05Is rental income guaranteed?+
No. Any potential rental-pool participation is subject to the final agreement, operating terms, market conditions and applicable documentation.
06Can I request floor plans and brochures?+
